LEGAL
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
The Social Media Prenup is published by MS Publishing. By buying or using it you agree to these terms.
What this is, and what it is not
The Social Media Prenup is an educational and communication guide. It is not legal advice, medical advice, therapy, or relationship counseling, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you need professional help, please seek it from a qualified professional.
The agreement templates are not legal contracts
The templates in this guide are personal communication agreements between two consenting adults. They are not prenuptial agreements, they are not enforceable contracts, and they carry no standing under marital, family, or contract law in any jurisdiction. Do not use them in place of a legal document.
Where this guide is not the right tool
This guide assumes two people who both want fewer arguments. It is not written for, and will not help with, a relationship in which one person is being monitored, isolated, threatened, coerced, or punished. If that describes your situation, please talk to someone outside the relationship or contact a domestic violence support service.
No promised outcome
This is a guide, not a result. We make no claim or guarantee about the state of your relationship after reading it.
Your license
Your purchase grants you and your partner a personal, non-transferable license to download, view, and print the guide for your own use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the download link publicly, post it anywhere, teach from it commercially, or use it inside a paid service without written permission.
Refunds
If the guide is not useful to you, email support@thesocialmediaprenup.com within 30 days and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Age
You must be 18 or older to purchase.
Delivery
This is a digital product delivered as a PDF download. There is nothing physical to ship.
Limitation of liability
This guide is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS Publishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this guide, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
