Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy covers MS Publishing and the sale of The Social Media Prenup through this website.
What we collect
When you buy the guide we collect your email address and the details needed to complete your order. Payment is processed by Stripe or by PayPal, depending on which you choose at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are handled through Stripe. Your card and account details go directly to those providers. We never see or store your card number.
We use your email to send your receipt and download link, to answer support questions, and to handle refunds. If you opt in, we also use it to tell you when we publish something new. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
What stays private to you
The audit and the agreement inside the guide are designed to be filled in on paper or on your own device. Nothing you write in your copy is transmitted to us, stored online, or seen by anyone except you and your partner.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technology to keep the checkout working and to measure how people find the page. If we run advertising, that may include tracking pixels from advertising platforms such as Meta, which record that a visit or a purchase happened so the advertising can be measured. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the checkout may stop working if you do.
Advertising, cookies and tracking
We advertise The Social Media Prenup on third-party platforms, including Google (Google Ads and YouTube) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including campaigns run through Whop. To measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people who may be interested, our website uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies from these partners:
Google Ads tag: records visits to our pages and actions such as starting checkout or completing a purchase, so we can see which ads lead to sales. We use Google's enhanced conversions, which means information you provide at checkout, such as your email address, may be shared with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form to help match purchases to ad clicks.
Meta Pixel and Whop pixel: record visits and purchase actions so Meta and Whop can measure ad performance and show our ads to relevant audiences.
Checkout and site analytics: our checkout and website platform may record page visits and button clicks to help us understand how visitors use the site.
Guide access: our guide is delivered through a document-sharing service that asks for your email address before viewing, so we can confirm access to the purchased guide.
These partners may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the ad you clicked, and actions you take on our site. They process this information under their own privacy policies:
- Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Whop: https://whop.com/privacy
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing information with advertising partners to measure and personalise ads may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws.
Your choices
Manage or turn off personalised Google ads: https://myadcenter.google.com
Manage your Meta ad preferences: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences
Opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies: https://optout.aboutads.info and https://optout.networkadvertising.org
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
To ask questions about your data, or to request access to or deletion of your personal information, contact us at support@thesocialmediaprenup.com.
Who else handles your data
These services handle your data on our behalf:
- GoHighLevel runs this site, its checkout, and the email we send you.
- Stripe processes card payments, including payments made with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- PayPal processes payments made with a PayPal account.
- Meta receives advertising measurement data if you arrived through one of our ads.
Each of these holds your data only to provide that service, and each has its own privacy policy. If we add another payment provider or another service that handles your data, it will be named here before it is switched on.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask to be removed from the mailing list at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@thesocialmediaprenup.com and we will respond. If you are in California, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you and to request its deletion, and we do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.
Children
This product is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
